Positive Menstruation & Community
Changing Culture Together
This program explores the truth that menstrual wellbeing is not an individual responsibility — it is a community practice. Culture shifts when whole villages participate: families, schools, workplaces, friends, partners, elders, and young people. When we change how we speak about menstruation, how we support it, how we honour it, everyone benefits.
Learners of all ages and genders are invited into an engaging and curious exploration of what it means to live in a community that understands cyclical needs. We look at how to create environments where menstruation is not hidden or shamed, but recognised as a natural, powerful part of human experience. Together we learn how to support one another with compassion, respect, and embodied awareness — because when menstruators are supported, the whole community becomes more connected, more informed, and more well.
This workshop is relational, playful, and deeply connective — a reminder that we are all entangled in each other’s wellbeing, and that changing menstrual culture is something we do together :)
This program is currently moving through its own seasonal renewal, with updated offerings arriving this Spring. If you feel drawn to work with me, please contact directly via email or subscribe to my newsletter to receive updates as the curriculum unfolds.
