The Seasons of the Cycle

Remembering Ourselves as Nature

This program invites learners of all ages to return to the ancient knowing that we are nature — that our bodies, like the earth move in rhythms, tides, and cycles. Together we explore the menstrual cycle through many natural patterns: the turning of seasons, the rise and fall of the moon, the water cycle, the life of a tree, the unfurling of a rose. These are not rigid categories but gentle guides, helping learners to recognise their own inner shifts in energy, mood, creativity, and rest.

Through creatives practices such as art, storytelling and embodied reflection, participants rediscover that cyclical change is natural, wise, and deeply human. This workshop is imaginative, grounding, and full of curiosity — a playful remembering of our entanglement with the living world and the cycles that shape us.

This program is designed for learners from eight years old through to adults. The core teachings remain the same, but the way they are offered is thoughtfully tailored to meet different developmental needs — simple and supportive for younger learners, and deeper and more expansive for teens and adults. Beginning earlier matters: so many teenagers say the menstrual education they received came too little and too late ,or nothing at all. Offering age‑appropriate learning from around eight years old helps young people meet their cycle when it arrives hopefully with knowledge, confidence, and connection rather than confusion or isolation.

This program is currently moving through its own seasonal renewal, with updated offerings arriving this Spring. If you feel drawn to work with me, please contact directly via email or subscribe to my newsletter to receive updates as the curriculum unfolds.
