The First Doorway

Menarche is the moment the body whispers its first cyclical yes! It is a threshold full of wonder, curiosity, and newness. In this session, learners explore the magic of beginning — the first rhythm, the first signs, the first sense of becoming cyclical. It is playful, gentle, and empowering, inviting young people and adults alike to remember that beginnings are sacred.

This workshop is part of a three session series - Menarche, Menstruation, and Menopause — woven together as a full exploration of the menstrual life cycle. Or it can be delivered separately in more depth - with tailored activities for deeper exploration. However, learning them side by side gives people of all ages a chance to understand the whole arc of cyclical life: the beginning, the rhythm, and the wise turning.
