Understanding Cycle Health

Listening to What the Body Communicates

Cycle health is a powerful source of information about wellbeing. This program supports learners to recognise their own patterns, understand what their bodies are communicating, cultivate confidence in navigating their own unique cyclical rhythms, and find their own way in self care practices. It centres the body as a trustworthy and powerful guide.

This program is designed for learners from eight years old through to adults. The core teachings remain the same, but the way they are offered is thoughtfully tailored to meet different developmental needs — simple and supportive for younger learners, and deeper and more expansive for teens and adults. Beginning earlier matters: so many teenagers say the menstrual education they received came too little and too late , or nothing at all. Offering age‑appropriate learning from around eight years old helps young people meet their cycle when it arrives hopefully with knowledge, confidence, and connection rather than confusion or isolation.

This program is currently moving through its own seasonal renewal, with updated offerings arriving this Spring. If you feel drawn to work with me, please contact directly via email or subscribe to my newsletter to receive updates as the curriculum unfolds.
